Perth Cultural Centre

The Creative Quarter is WA’s premier resource for enjoying arts and cultural experiences and for accessing knowledge and information.

In August 2004, EPRA was charged with the responsibility of developing an urban renewal strategy for the area, which will ultimately bring life and confidence back to the precinct.

The integrated urban renewal project will bring considerable benefits in terms of increases in attendance at the cultural institutions in the Creative Quarter.

Connecting arts and cultural activities with the surrounding area and introducing additional land uses to the precinct will create a more vibrant Quarter with the potential to expand the social and demographic profile of visitors.

Encouraging more people to come to the precinct and enjoy the community assets will also provide a boost for Northbridge business.
