Sustainability assessment of the draft Masterplan follows a high level Triple Bottom Line approach to assess the achievement of social, environmental and economic outcomes using both quantitative and qualitative analysis and aim for maximum benefit to the community.

The assessment concluded that the proposed draft Masterplan will result in significant economic returns and positive triple bottom line impacts.
