Project Background

In November 2003, Cabinet approved the East Perth Redevelopment Authority to proceed with:

• The acquisition of the former East Perth Power Station site.
• Undertaking site, building stabilisation and clean-up works.
• Completing a draft Masterplan for the site.
• Assist in identifying an end user, subject to Cabinet approvals.
