Draft Masterplan

The release of the revised Masterplan was on hold pending the State Government's decision on the location of a new major sports stadium (a site behind the Power Station has been identified as one of two preferred locations by the Major Stadia Taskforce report which the State Government is currently considering).

Since the State Government announced in February 2008 that the Stadium would be built in Subiaco and the WA Museum will be relocated to the Power Station building, the East Perth Redevelopment Authority is now working to finalise its Masterplan for the site.
