Key features
The goal for the China Green development is to celebrate Subiaco and incorporate new and successful elements of international design philosophies. This will mean building a vibrant community and encouraging residents to enjoy a quality mix of cultural, recreation, living and working opportunities.
China Green will link with Subi Centro’s Green Spine and the park at Subiaco Common, which currently runs east-west through Subi Centro, to provide quality gardens and public spaces for residents, workers and visitors to enjoy. A strong, active front to Hay Street will extend the successful Subi Centro commercial precinct into China Green.
A variety of housing types will cater to different people while a strong road network will link with wider Subiaco.
