About the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority

The Subiaco Redevelopment Authority (SRA) was created by an Act of Parliament in 1994 to redevelop under-utilised land in Subiaco. Regarded as one of Australia’s most successful and highly awarded creators of inner-city communities, its vision is to revitalise run down former industrial sites into accessible, liveable and vibrant places.

The SRA’s Subi Centro project is considered one of the best examples of urban renewal in the nation, winning the Urban Renewal category in the 2004 Urban Development Institute of Australia Awards for Excellence.

The area combines spectacular housing, entertainment and business options in one of Perth’s most sought after neighbourhoods.
