Scheme Amendment

To progress this development, the SRA will amend the existing Subiaco Redevelopment Scheme, by a Scheme Amendment, which will create specific planning provisions for land uses and planning assessment criteria in China Green and pave the way for delivery of the China Green Precinct Plan. This is the standard process for creating other precincts in Subi Centro.
