Design Guidelines

The Design Guidelines include descriptions of China Green’s desired character, building appearance, streetscape, safe design principles and place activation. The Guidelines will include a mix of prescriptive and performance-based measures to ensure the development delivers the streetscape and built form envisaged in the Precinct Plan.
